Salesforce Integration Setup

Sync Acme with Salesforce CRM for seamless workflows.

Prerequisites

  • Salesforce Enterprise or higher
  • Acme Professional plan
  • Salesforce admin access

Installation

Step 1: Install Package

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Find "Salesforce"
  3. Click "Install from AppExchange"

Step 2: Configure Connection

  1. Log in to Salesforce
  2. Authorize Acme connection
  3. Map user accounts

Data Sync Options

Opportunity to Project

Salesforce Opportunity (Closed Won)
  → Creates Acme Project
  → Imports contacts as stakeholders
  → Sets up default tasks

Contact Sync

Task Sync

  • Salesforce Tasks ↔ Acme Tasks
  • Bi-directional sync

Custom Field Mapping

Map custom Salesforce fields:

  1. Go to Integration Settings
  2. Click "Field Mapping"
  3. Match Salesforce → Acme fields
  4. Set sync direction

Actions:
1. Create project from template
2. Add account contacts

Activity Logging

Trigger: Task completed in Acme
