Creating Reports

Step 1: Access Reports

  1. Go to Analytics in sidebar
  2. Click "Create Report"

Step 2: Select Data Source

Choose from:

  • Projects
  • Tasks
  • Time entries
  • Team activity

Step 3: Configure Filters

Date range: Last 30 days
Project: All active projects
Team: Engineering
Status: Completed

Step 4: Choose Visualization

  • Table - Detailed data view
  • Bar chart - Comparisons
  • Line chart - Trends
  • Pie chart - Distributions
  • Kanban - Status flow

Scheduling Reports

Automate report delivery:

  1. Open saved report
  2. Click "Schedule"
  3. Set frequency (daily/weekly/monthly)
  4. Add recipients
  5. Choose format (PDF/CSV/Excel)

Sharing Reports

Export Options

  • PDF for presentations
  • CSV for analysis
  • Excel for editing
  • PNG for sharing

Embedded Dashboards

Share live dashboards:

  1. Click "Share" on dashboard
  2. Generate public link
  3. Set access permissions
