Step 1: Access Reports

Date range: Last 30 days
Project: All active projects
Team: Engineering
Status: Completed
Step 4: Choose Visualization
- Table - Detailed data view
- Bar chart - Comparisons
- Line chart - Trends
- Pie chart - Distributions
- Kanban - Status flow
Scheduling Reports
Automate report delivery:
- Open saved report
- Click "Schedule"
- Set frequency (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Add recipients
- Choose format (PDF/CSV/Excel)
