# Troubleshooting Login Issues

Having trouble logging in? Here are solutions to common problems.

## Common Issues

### "Invalid email or password"

**Causes:**
- Incorrect credentials
- Caps Lock enabled
- Wrong email address

**Solutions:**
1. Double-check email for typos
2. Verify Caps Lock is off
3. Use "Forgot Password" to reset

### "Account locked"

**Cause:** Too many failed login attempts (5+)

**Solutions:**
1. Wait 15 minutes for auto-unlock
2. Contact support for immediate unlock
3. Use password reset

### "Session expired"

**Cause:** Inactivity or cleared cookies

**Solutions:**
1. Log in again
2. Enable cookies in browser
3. Check for blocking extensions

## Password Reset

1. Click "Forgot Password"
2. Enter your email
3. Check inbox (and spam)
4. Click reset link (expires in 1 hour)
5. Create new password

## Two-Factor Authentication

### Lost Authenticator Access
1. Use backup codes
2. Contact support with ID verification

### Codes Not Working
1. Sync device time (Settings > Date & Time)
2. Wait for next code cycle
3. Re-add account in authenticator app
