Causes:
- Incorrect credentials
- Caps Lock enabled
- Wrong email address
Solutions:
- Double-check email for typos
- Verify Caps Lock is off
- Use "Forgot Password" to reset
"Account locked"
Cause: Too many failed login attempts (5+)
Solutions:
- Wait 15 minutes for auto-unlock
- Contact support for immediate unlock
- Use password reset
"Session expired"
Cause: Inactivity or cleared cookies
Solutions:
- Log in again
- Enable cookies in browser
- Check for blocking extensions
Password Reset
- Click "Forgot Password"
- Enter your email
- Check inbox (and spam)
- Click reset link (expires in 1 hour)
- Create new password
Two-Factor Authentication
Lost Authenticator Access
- Use backup codes
- Contact support with ID verification
Codes Not Working
- Sync device time (Settings > Date & Time)
- Wait for next code cycle
- Re-add account in authenticator app
